By the first time I saw this house, I said to myself that Hornung and Jacobi Architecture has done a really awesome job. Juts looking at the house and the whole things around it I felt like the world looks more beautiful at once. This house hafner by horning and Jacobi architecture is located in Büschelhof, Germany and it was built last year (2012). This home is really the definition of modernity and sophistication. Standing in such a contrast area (which is countryside area), the house looks so stands out without creating any disharmony feeling with its surrounding even though the house clearly has modern look while the area where it sits is a country yard area.
If you are familiar with futuristic themed movie, this house maybe has the closest design to those movies. Yes, the design of the house is clearly the design of the future, where people start leaving the conventional structured house and prefer more unique as well as sophisticated ones. This house is actually designed for a couple. The house has an independent area where the guests are welcomed. There are actually two parts of the house which are the introverted area and counterpart area.
The designer applied an open floor living area where there is no need of boundaries which we commonly find in conventional houses. The Unusual structure of the house is also the focal point of the house itself. I can bet that anyone who passes this living space will stare at it at least for a minute since the house itself is a masterpiece. But of course not all people love the modern and futuristic looks. Some even like everything which is vintage and traditional or historical. But house like this, maybe will be the common living space that we find in the future.
